What We Offer
Types Of Mainland Trade Licenses
Professional Trade License
Investors, businesses, and entrepreneurs moving to the UAE must obtain a professional business trade license from the Department of Economic Development (DED) before they can legally offer their professional services to clients in Dubai mainland. This license is a crucial requirement for operating in the region and is also necessary for opening a business bank account in Dubai. Without the appropriate trade license, businesses cannot legally engage in commercial activities, making it a vital step for anyone seeking to establish a presence in the UAE.
The purpose of obtaining a professional license in the UAE is to ensure that the individual or business is qualified and authorized to provide services in a specific profession. This license is essential for professionals, specialists, consultants, engineers, and travel agencies who wish to establish a mainland company in Dubai. It not only validates their expertise and compliance with local regulations but also enables them to legally offer their services to clients in the Dubai mainland, ensuring that their business operations are recognized and fully operational within the UAE.
While we take care of your mainland company formation in Dubai, several company structures can be formed with a professional license: A Limited Liability Company where an expat can own 100% of the company; and a Civil Company and a Sole Establishment are companies from professional industries where the foreign investor(s) have 100% ownership of their company.
Commercial Trade License
Mainland companies involved in buying and selling goods, commodities, or any form of trade activities must obtain a commercial trade license to operate in the UAE. This license is essential for conducting business in the UAE and can be used to establish a Limited Liability Company (LLC) or set up a sole establishment. A commercial trade license allows businesses to engage in both specialized and general trading activities within the UAE, providing the legal framework necessary to buy, sell, and distribute goods across the region.
